Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements are permitted only when:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Conditions:

  • Complaint raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Supporting images/video and invoice required

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunded to original mode of payment
  • No Unfair Trade Practices

  • In compliance with Rule 4(10):
  • No manipulation of prices
  • No false reviews or misleading advertisements
  • No discrimination between consumers of the same class

    All website content, trademarks, designs, product formulations, and branding are the exclusive property of B’LUVD / Infinite Personal Care Products.

    Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

    • Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
    • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B’LUVD and Infinite Personal Care Products against claims arising from:

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Product misuse
    • Breach of applicable laws

  • Data not sold or shared except with logistics, payment partners, or as required by law
